Liwell2u.com orders are served by different suppliers; there will be different modes of delivery, different delivery charges and different delivery times.
Orders are separated according to product categories for clarity and convenience.

Liwell2u.com will strive to find the best combination of product categories to ensure your products are delivered in the quickest time and with the
cost savings in shipping. It is important and recommended that all merchandise be inspected for damages
before signing or taking delivery of the order.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Sometime, heavy items may
be shipped via normal post services, which may take two to three weeks to arrive.

DELIVERY TIME

Once payment is confirmed and verification payment is done. Your order items are shipped to you as soon as possible.
You are expected to receive your orders within 2-14 business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending
on the delivery country and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times will be given only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations
and procedures. Delivery times may vary and depend on your location, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year,
Easter and other holiday periods. Although LIWELL INTERNATIONAL cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best
to process orders as soon as we receive them.

Business Days: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Malaysia. Orders received between
Monday and Friday are usually processed by the next business day once payment confirm. Orders received on Saturday,
Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.

Please note that for first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process
with bank for payment and security control reason.

PLEASE NOTE:

1.      Since some of the Customs in the European countries including UK, France and Germany may take a relatively
long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks.
If you encounter this problem, please "contact us" for more assistance.

2.      All prices quoted do not include any import duties or other taxes, which your respective country may impose
on the merchandise and shall therefore, be fully borne or under the responsibility of the purchaser.

CANCELING OR UPDATING AN ORDER

Please contact LIWELL consumer relations as quickly as possible to update or cancel orders that have been placed.
Sorry, items cannot be added to orders via this process. If the order has already been processed and we are unable
to make changes or refund.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a P.O. Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts,
refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When our delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee,
handling fee and 15% of the value of products as re-stocking fee. (In Malaysia, for the return of undeliverable,
re-stocking fee of MYR$45 will be deducted from your refund.)

We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged
US$6/ US$15/ US$18 or US$25* for resend shipping administration fee per parcel.

* Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.

TRACKING ORDERS

As a LIWELL customer you will be able to track the status of your phone/email order via email to
csr@liwell2u.com or phone call. Our customer service will handle your entire enquiry
as possible.

SPECIAL SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTION

-Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the Malaysia. 
-Some items sold by Liwell2u.com require special handling as specified by federal state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Liwell2u.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the Malaysia to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
