Can you send me a catalog with All LIWELL products?

We are sorry, but LIWELL does not currently produce a complete product catalog. However, you may view the entire selection of LIWELL products on our Web site. The LIWELL Directory - a brochure with many of our products listed and described - is available from your local LIWELL counter or concept beauty centre.

Another option, you may download direct from our website / download.

Why has my favorite product been discontinued?
 
We apologize for discontinuing your favorite LIWELL product. Please keep in mind that when a product or shade is discontinued, it is not done impulsively, but by taking into account many factors. Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please email us with the name/shade of your favorite product that has been discontinued and we will forward the information to all appropriate executives.

In the meantime, please visit our Discontinued section where we will offer discontinued shades and formulas for as long as we can stock them.

Can you send me samples?

We're sorry, we cannot send samples to customers without an order being placed. Samples may be available at a LIWELL counter or concept centre near you.

Can I view my order history?

Yes. As a registered member of Liwell2u.com you can view your past purchases by clicking on 'My Account/Previous Order'. The order history also enables you to shop from a previous order for faster access.

Do I need to pay import duties and/or taxes?

When ordering from LIWELL2u.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. LIWELL 2u.com has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to LIWELL2u.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 20% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

What action will take to prevent Fraud protection ?

In order to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, as part of order processing procedure, sasa.com screen all orders and reserve the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card statement through fax or email to verify your payment, or our Customer Service representative may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

Can I changing orders ?

Once you have completed your purchase through LIWELL2u.com, we do not accept any changes on ordered items. For any changes on ordered item, a US$5 administration fee is required for each change. Please note: Whenever you make a change of an order, the estimated delivery date will be affected. Once an order is being packed or dispatched, no change will be accepted.

Can I cancelling orders ?

We usually dispatch all orders within the next business day. If you would need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and specify your Order Number. A cancel order confirmation email will be sent to you. NOTE: Once an order is being packed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled by you or our customer service department. A 5% administration fee is required for cancelling order, then balance will be return to you.

I am a First-time purchase , what should I do first to make a purchase?

We recommend that you register and login before you checkout your shopping basket so that you can save your delivery address and credit card details in "my account" for quicker checkout in the future.
