1.         What are discount codes for the mass order / bulk purchase?

2.         How do I activate the discount codes?

Simple. For example, if your intention is to purchase face care , all you need to do is to choose the product that you are interested in and click ADD TO CART. At the checkout page step 1, you will be prompted to key in a discount code, if any. Please type in the corresponding code and the discounts will activate accordingly.

*Please note: Please make sure you key in the correct discount code. If you have exceed 20 items, please key in 'LWMASS2010' to obtain 30% discount.

3.         Must I have a mixture of Face Care, Sets & Gifts, Beauty Travel Kits and Body Care items before I can enjoy the discount or could I just buy one product type and still enjoy the discount?

 

4.         Is this discount code in conjunction with any other promotions?

No. This discount code is not in conjunction with any other promotions.

5.         How do I know whether I have met the minimum purchase amount?

Minimum spend is determined by adding up all your purchases at full price, inclusive of tax. In other words, you take the prices without discount of all your purchases and total them up.

If they exceed 30 items in total at full price before discount, you can use 'LWMASS2010' discount code to get 30% discount.

6.         Do I still qualify for free shipping?

Yes! As long as your total purchases (after discount) exceeds Domestic USD$45/MYR100 (after discount) & Oversea USD 105 /MYR 350(after discount) will you then qualify for the free shipping waiver. This is determine at Step 3: Make Final Payment under the line 'Purchases after discount )'.

8.         Can I use Refund e-Vouchers and Paid Gift Vouchers with these discount codes?

Yes. These items can be redeemed in the promotional offer.

9.         I have a promotional voucher. Can I use this in conjunction with these discount codes?

No. Promotional vouchers and other promotions do not apply to this offer.

10.        Can I use these discount codes for offline services?

No. These discount codes do not apply to offline services or offline ordering, as stipulated in our terms and conditions. This only applies to the online purchases.

11.        What Payment options can I use for this offer?
